Good to know
Arrival & Departure
Your reserved holiday apartment is available for you from 03 PM on.
On the day of your departure we ask you to leave the apartment until 10 AM.
Local tax
Please note that a local tax will be charged additionaly.
Final cleaning and bed/bath linen
Final cleaning and bed/bath linen are not included in the apartment price.
Extras
Intermediate cleaning, half board and breakfast, wellness area in the partner hotel "Plan De Gralba" against charge.
Pets
Dogs and cats are very welcome. We charge a small fee.
We ask you not to leave your four-legged friends alone in the apartment.
Our cancellation conditions
Booking changes as well as cancellations must be communicated in written form.
Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the booked travel price
Up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the booked travel price
7 days before arrival, in case of non-arrival or shortening of the stay: 100% of the total travel price
Travel insurance
We recommend our guests to make travel arrangements. Secure yourself financially with a travel provision, in case something happen before the holiday begins.
Reservations with breakfast or half board
If you would like to add the breakfast/half board to your reservation, please let us know before your arrival.
The cost of the breakfast buffet at the Partner Hotel Plan de Gralba is 13,- Euro per person/day, half board is charged with 37,- Euro per person/day.
Invoice stay
We do not accept credit cards.
Wellness area
The use of the wellness area in the partner hotel Plan De Gralba is accessible with additional charges.
Please contact the reception of the hotel directly after your arrival.
